Campus Collective is a custom apparel company specializing in made-to-order merchandise for Greek life and campus organizations. All products are designed in collaboration with our clients and are manufactured based on specific order details.
2. Custom Orders & Production
All products are made to order. Once an order is submitted and confirmed, it enters production and cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Please ensure all order details (size, quantity, and personalization) are accurate before checking out.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice. Payment is due at the time of order via the methods available at checkout.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders on or before the promised timeline. However, delays may occur due to production timelines, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances. Campus Collective is not liable for shipping delays once the package is in transit.
5. Refunds & Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds.
If an item arrives defective or incorrect, please email us at support@shopcampuscollective.com within 3 days of receiving your order with photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will review the situation and provide a resolution if applicable.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including but not limited to logos, designs, images, and text, is the intellectual property of Campus Collective and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Campus Collective is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our site, services, or products.
