Everything to know before your chapter orders.
How long does an order take?+
Signature (fully custom) is 3–6 weeks, depending on the garment and customization. Basics are 3–10 days. Timelines start once your artwork is approved and the order is confirmed.
Is there a minimum order?+
Basics start at 12 units. Signature starts at 24 units. Exec team orders we offer flexibility.
What's the difference between Signature and Basics?+
Signature is fully custom, cut and sewn from raw fabric. Basics are premium blanks decorated in-house — screen print and embroidery.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?+
Because every order is custom-made for your chapter, we don't accept returns or exchanges except in the case of a manufacturing defect. If something's wrong with your order, email us and we'll make it right.
Are you officially licensed?+
Yes — we're an Affinity-licensed (official Greek) vendor.
How do I track my order or get started?+
