At Campus Collective, every item is made to order and customized specifically for each group, event, or individual. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Please double-check your order details (sizing, spelling, design selection, etc.) before finalizing your purchase. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at campuscollectiveofficial@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we will work with you to make it right.
